The Hasami Porcelain Bowl is made in Hasami, Japan from a blend of crushed Amakusa stone and porcelain clay. Unglazed and matte, the exterior carries a dry, textured surface. The profile is straight-sided with no taper.

Dishwasher-Safe Unglazed Porcelain with Modular Stacking

The Hasami Porcelain is microwave- and dishwasher-safe, and food-safe; the dense body withstands repeated thermal cycling without surface degradation. It stacks flush with other Hasami pieces of the same diameter across the full ceramic and wood range. The matte surface develops a natural patina with regular use. Oak lid sold separately.
