Lamali Paris works hand in hand with craftsperson's in India and Nepal. Organization, revenue, working hours, women’s employment, labor and environmental protection are at the heart of an ongoing effort to improve the working environment of our different teams.

In Nepal this effort is pushed further, with the creation of a retirement plan for the employees, a medical coverage for them and their family, and a schooling system for their children.  I am inspired social and ethical engagement in their collaborations.
